CHRISTMAS!!

Christmas Eve...the flash went off and you can't distinguish the beautiful christmas lights on our tree! Everyone except my mom and I are peacefully sleeping while we finish up wrapping gifts and placing them under the tree.

Christmas Tree Hunting

Evan, Justin and I went christmas tree hunting with a few other Fish and Game families. We ventured into the Raft River Range that lies on the Idaho/Utah border to cut a few pinion pine trees.(For some reason the click and drag function isn't working so all these pictures are out of order.) Here, Justin and Evan are dragging our chosen tree back to the vehicles.

Out and About

Evan is getting some shopping in at Barnes and Nobles...actually he is just wreaking havoc on the shelves and leaving me a pile of books to put away.

Box Walk

The other evening Evan stood up on this box and started using it to practice walking across the rug. We thought it was too cool and took a video, but the original was too long to put on the blog, so the next evening we took another one. He has been using his truck (in the background) for walking practice too.

Thanksgiving Week

Grandma and Grandpa LaFrenier just got some new appliances which left some large boxes to be explored. I'm trying to lure Evan in, he was a bit skeptical.The next day Evan explores the box on his own.Evan and Grandma G. Evan navigates stairs for the first time. He is trying to catch me, but he can't make it past the first step yet.Back to Boise, Justin and Evan were happily reunited and Evan got to open his first christmas present....a truck from Uncle's Jon and Sean!Coming Through!Aunt Katie and Cousin Elizabeth.

After spending the day shopping we made one last stop at the Burak's house to see little Reece. They played a bunch, then Reece went in for a kiss.

Evan is pooped, so we packed up and headed home...Evan slept the whole way!!!
