Hike to Pillar Falls

The Snakey Snake River with the Perrine Bridge in the background.Sun Protection...check.The trail into the canyon (as you would imagine) was pretty much straight up or down with a few precarious places.

Labor Day Weekend

We hiked up to Indepence Lakes in the Albion Mountains over Labor Day Weekend. For you Idahoans, the lakes are located midway between the City of Rocks and Pomerelle ski resort. It's an amazing day hike, only we did it Justin style... spontaneously, skipping breakfast and only bringing a few snacks, I mean come on it's only a 3 mile hike (one way)!

We also went to the Twin Falls County Fair. We wanted to watch our friend Robert Randell participate in the antique tractor pull.

Donna Visits

Evan's "Fairy Godmother", Donna, made a special trip to Kimberly to spend some time with us!! She brought lots of love and gifts. Thank you! Thank you! The chocolate was melt in your mouth delicious.

Justin's Aunt Rita, Uncle Brian and their kids Jim, Talon and Rex stopped by for a visit on their way to Idaho Falls.

Stanley, Idaho

Evan and I ventured up to Ketchum to meet Kylie and Debra M. for a overnight rendevous. The next day Kylie, Evan and I drove up to Stanley for a beautiful wedding.It's hot and dry!! No wonder over a million acres of Idaho has burned this summer.
